What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

How may guests can stay at the property?

The home comfortably accodates up to 12 guests. Please see the listing details and exact bed layouts.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. A $350 fee per dogapplies. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. To keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone, dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

What is your cacellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund. Within 30 days, the boooking becomes non-refundable.

Is the kitchen fully stocked?

Yes! You'll find cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and basic spices to make your stay easy.

Do you have Wi-Fi and steaming services?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is avialble throughout the home, and TVs are equipped with streaming apps.

Is the property easy to access?

Yes! We are off the main road in Wears Valley. No hills or mountain roads to reach the house! Paved roads all the way to the house. Wears Valley is a great central point to be in with easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.

How close are you to local attractions

Times vary based on traffic. For Skyland Ranch (10-20 min). For Xperia:Ocean Journey (10-20 min). For Island at Pigeon Forge (16 min). For Titanic Museum (17 min). For Old Mill (20 minutes). For Dollywood (12-18 min).
